This website provides general information about Houston-area homes, land, new construction, neighborhoods, and real estate services. Listing information is provided for general information only, is subject to change and withdrawal without notice, and is not an offer to sell. Prices, availability, square footage, lot size, and property features should be verified independently before relying on them. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial, or lending advice.

Text Message (SMS) Program Terms

Program: MetroEdge Real Estate marketing and service text messages.

How to opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to MetroEdge Real Estate and agreeing to receive text messages — for example, through a form on this website, an open-house sign-in, or a conversation in which you ask for texts.

What you will receive: Marketing and service text messages about MetroEdge Real Estate listings, land lots, new-construction homes, open houses, and Houston-area market updates, and replies to your questions.

Frequency: Message frequency varies, generally no more than a few messages per week to any one recipient.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing texts, unless you opt in again.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
